With a Masters degree in Biomechanics from Auburn University, a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) from the University of Colorado and over 20 years of personal athlete experience, you could say that Brittany has devoted her entire life to becoming the ultimate professional trainer. At the age of twelve, she gave volunteer horseback riding lessons to younger children. By high school, Brittany had become an all-star athlete, having lettered in 3 different sports including track, soccer, and cross country. Her knowledge and experience continued to grow at the college level, as she was a member of the University of Colorado Varsity A team for 4.5 years, the US Junior Olympic Snowboard Team, as well as received endorsements from multiple snowboard/ski companies. After competing on the Professional Snowboard circuit for five years, Brittany moved to L.A. in the spring of 2005 in order to accept a job opportunity at USC as a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach, training USC's football and swim team. In addition to working with USC and personal training, Brittany also worked at a private facility as a Sports Performance Coach, where she trained with all levels of athletes from youth to professional. After a year and a half in L.A., Brittany moved to Auburn Alabama where she worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, training the women's tennis team, the men and women's diving team and the men and women's cross-country/distance track team. After completing her Masters in Health and Human Performance, Brittany moved back to L.A. where she now resides.

Brittany has the first-hand expertise and understanding of what it takes to be successful in fitness, sports, and life. She combines years of experience with her unique knowledge as a professional athlete, trainer and fitness model and guarantees to give you the best results physically possible - no matter what sport or level of fitness.

A note from Brittany on Certifications:
Although I have more than the average number of certifications, I truly believe that they mean little in regards to the quality of a trainer or coach. Anyone is capable of acquiring a certification that says they are eligible to instruct someone, while only a certain few have the ability to truly understand how the human body works and are able to successfully pass that knowledge on to others.  Experience is the most important thing that any trainer/coach can acquire, and it is through experience that one develops their own beliefs and methods of training. Years of training is equivalent to years of research, and only then do I believe that an individual is able to truly understand what works and what is simply a waste of time.

I tell all my clients that in order to achieve the best results possible, their relationship with me must be a two way street.  Meaning, I promise each and every one of my clients that I will give them 100% of my knowledge, experience, and dedication in order to help them attain their goals, but I expect the same 100% in return.  While I do guarantee results, I also expect you to achieve them.
