What kind of training is it?
I do all types of training including:
Weight loss
Weight gain
Sports performance training
Speed, power, and agility training
Core strengthening
Olympic weight lifting

Event Preparation Training

Flexibility
Dynamic mobility
Injury prevention
Injury rehabilitation* 

*I am not a certified athletic trainer or physical therapist. However I do have experience working with injuries and I can help you get back to 100%.  If you have recently been injured, or have had one in the past, I highly recommend being seen by a professional physician if you have not done so already.

Do I have to provide equipment?
No.  I bring all the necessary equipment.  However, if you have a home gym or a gym membership, that can be an option as well.

Do I have to buy the training in advance?
Not necessarily, you can pay as you go.  However if you plan on training often, I suggest buying a package to save money.

Is there a contract/time commitment required?
There is no time commitment or contract required.

If I buy a package, do my sessions ever expire?
Yes.  If you do not use your sessions within 3 months of their purchase, then the remainder will be forfeited unless you have made special arrangements with BGBodies.
