"I came over from Germany to play college tennis at Auburn University a year ago and after working with Brittany Gilmore as our team's fitness coach this past year, I think I am in better shape than ever before. Beyond that I am especially thankful for the knowledge Brittany provided me with. When I was preparing to enter into the 2006 NFL Draft I was in desperate search for a trainer who was insightful, aggressive, and extremely motivating. After only working with her for a week I realized immediate results, her strength and speed techniques proved to be very useful when it was time for me to run my 40 yard dash at the combine. But what I found most valuable about B.G's program, was her constant positive attitude to achieve progress. I can remember moments where I was tired or feeling lazy, and may not have been giving the best effort, but Coach B.G would not tolerate anything less than 110%. At the moment I couldnt appreciate her diligence. . . but I now understand how beneficial and necessary her tactics were. The bottom line is if you are an athlete or just someone who is in search of a dynamic, inspiring, well educated, and dedicated trainer, Brittany is hands down a more than capable and effective solution. We implemented multiple techniques to improve my bench press results, my broad and vertical jumps, overall agility and other position-specific footwork drills.
